Booking for Santa’s grotto is only available online and, as dates sell out quickly, it is unlikely you will be able to purchase a ticket on the day. We strongly advise booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Climb aboard the Tingley Express for a magical Christmas experience. Begin your journey through twinkling tunnels, watch the elves at hard at work, and arrive at a snowy Arctic wonderland. Then it’s on to Santas’ Grotto to meet Father Christmas and choose a toy from his toyshop.
This interactive Santa experience will last approximately 20-30 minutes. This is a group tour with up to 9 children per group and a maximum of 2 adults per child. Our entertaining elves capture the magic of Christmas with an engaging story where children are invited to sing along, wish and believe. Please note there will be moving train during the performance.

Child Ticket – £21.95
Includes a gift from Santa. Under 1s do not require a ticket if they are accompanying another paying child, unless you would like them to receive a gift from Santa then an Under 12 Months ticket must be purchased. Strictly a maximum of 2 adults per paying child.

Celebrate Christmas with Santa’s hardworking elves as they enjoy their festive reward! Start at the Village Green with joyful jingles and jolly dancing, then watch the frosty fun unfold at the Winter Olympics, before cozying up for a festive, fun-filled panto preview. Then it’s on to Santas’ Grotto to meet Father Christmas and choose a toy from his toyshop!
Dive into the fun at Reindeer Academy. Begin in the Woodland Wonderland with playful reindeer games, then zoom off to the Arctic Training Ground for exciting flying lessons, before entering the magical Science Lab, where potions and surprises await. Then it’s on to Santas’ Grotto to meet Father Christmas and choose a toy from his toyshop.
